The Tavern Bargains event has been quite popular it seems, as Lilith have now decided to make it a permanent feature of the game.
This means that summoning heroes in the tavern will remain the best (free) way to acquire signature item upgrades.
This will officially happen on 21/09/2019 at 00:00 (UTC) , when the tavern bargains icon will be removed.
