Avatar frames are cosmetic items that can be earned by players for competing in certain in-game events.
As of today, obtaining new frames is quite rare as most of them were rewards for seasonal events that occurred before the global launch of the game. They may or may not return in the future.
However, it’s very likely that they will be obtainable again in the future and more frames will probably be added as well.
