Tasi is getting a brand new skin soon! It's called "The Spring Bloom".
It wasn't mentioned in the latest 1.36 patch notes, but it's active with the patch on the test servers.
How to Acquire?
It's very likely that this is tied to some kind of event, probably for Spring. We don't have anymore details about it at this time though.
