Marene, who commands wind and waves, joins Patch 1.8.2 with her own event

Marene grew up in a coastal fishing village and could read the weather at sea from birth. With Dura's blessing she now controls the wind and settles rough water, and she keeps watch over the boats that go out to fish. She's one of three new heroes in Patch 1.8.2 and gets a limited event of her own, Stormbound Seas.
