1000 EnergyPassive. Elijah and Lailah fight separately in battle but share the same HP and Energy pool. Their max HP is increased by 50%. Active. Elijah and Lailah perform an inspiring duo dance, increasing all allies' Haste by 60 for 7s. During the dance, allies linked through Stellar Bond become unaffected. The skill can be cast as long as Elijah is able to use Ultimate.
Level 2: When actively used, extends the duration of the Haste bonus to 7.5s. (Unlocks at Level 51)
Level 3: When actively used, extends the duration of the Haste bonus to 8s. (Unlocks at Level 111)
Level 4: When actively used, extends the duration of the Haste bonus to 8.5s. (Unlocks at Level 171)

12sElijah forms a Stellar Bond with Lailah when they align on the battlefield. Allied heroes placed in a straight path between the twins are also linked by Stellar Bond. Stellar Bond grants a permanent ATK bonus to all linked allies, including Elijah and Lailah. If no other allies are linked, Elijah and Lailah gain an ATK increase of 25%. However, for each additional ally linked, this ATK bonus is reduced by 5% for everyone linked by the bond. Active. Elijah sends a golden glow through the Stellar Bond link to Lailah, restoring 30 Energy to each linked ally along the path. Simultaneously, Lailah sends a green glow through the Stellar Bond link to Elijah, healing each linked ally along the path for an HP amount equal to 100% ATK.
Level 2: Increases the Energy recovered by Elijah's golden glow to 35, and the HP recovered through Lailah's green glow to 110% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 71)
Level 3: Increases the Energy recovered by Elijah's golden glow to 40, and the HP recovered through Lailah's green glow to 120% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 131)
Level 4: Increases the Energy recovered by Elijah's golden glow to 45, and the HP recovered through Lailah's green glow to 130% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 191)
15sElijah grants Lailah and 1 weakest ally a 150% ATK shield that lasts for 4s and makes Lailah unaffected while the shield is active. Lailah casts Stellar Pulse on the tiles occupied by Elijah and 1 ally adjacent to enemies, dealing 110% ATK damage and inflicting blind for 4s on enemies within 1 tile of the target tiles. Stellar Pulse also knocks back enemies surrounding Lailah by 1 tile.
Level 2: Increases the shield value granted by Elijah to 160% ATK. Increases Lailah's Stellar Pulse damage to 120% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 91)
Level 3: Increases the shield value granted by Elijah to 170% ATK. Increases Lailah's Stellar Pulse damage to 130% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 151)

Elijah and Lailah increase their Haste by 9 in battle. Each time they cast Starlight Waltz, they permanently increase the Haste of all allies linked through Stellar Bond by 3, stacking up to 3 times.
Level 2: Elijah and Lailah increase their Haste by 12 in battle. Each time they cast Starlight Waltz, they permanently increase the Haste of all allies linked through Stellar Bond by 4, stacking up to 3 times.
Level 3: Elijah and Lailah increase their Haste by 15 in battle. Each time they cast Starlight Waltz, they permanently increase the Haste of all allies linked through Stellar Bond by 5, stacking up to 3 times.
Elijah and Lailah increase the ATK, Phys DEF, and Magic DEF of each ally linked through Stellar Bond. The increases for each linked ally are equal to 15% of the highest corresponding stats among other linked allies, but cannot exceed 30% of the original corresponding stats of Elijah and Lailah. These stat boosts are not included when calculating increases from this skill.
Progression systems
When a battle starts, if the allies (excluding Elijah and Lailah) linked through Stellar Bond all belong to the same faction, a special resonance effect is triggered. The resonance increases linked allies' Vitality by an extra 10 and their Energy gained by 10%. After all linked allies have cast their Ultimates while resonance is active, the bond unleashes a permanent energy burst, inspiring all allies and returning them 10% of their Energy cost each time they cast their Ultimate.

- There were once two comets that were destined to plummet to the earth and shatter into pieces. However, Dura stopped that from happening, and the reason remains a mystery. Since then, the twin stars have illuminated the sky for two thousand years.
- "Elijah" and "Lailah" are the names of the stars, and they were also the first words that came to their minds after Dura granted them life and energy.
- The temple regards Elijah and Lailah as the light that brightens the sky and the guardians of peace, likely because they were created by Dura. In reality, though, they merely gaze nonchalantly at the people from above.
- Elijah and Lailah enjoy dancing together and playing clapping games. Basically, any games that have to be done in pairs are their cup of tea.
- The protagonists in the play titled "The Twin Stars" are said to be inspired by Elijah and Lailah, with some of their lines taken directly from "The Dialogues of Elijah and Lailah," a manuscript written by the temple acolytes.
- "Earth and sky; day and night. The stars always shimmer brightly, both when the curtain rises and when the music fades." These are some lines from "The Twin Stars" play.
- Elijah and Lailah share a deep connection, always finishing each other's sentences with perfect synchronization.
- "At first, you might think they are lovely and friendly based on their appearance, but in truth, they are as indifferent as a stagnant pool. Yet, their light still brings courage and solace in the darkness," a Templar Knight once remarked.
