1000 EnergyPassive. When a battle starts, Baelran gains a shield equal to 80% of his initial HP and receives 300% HP bonus max HP. When Baelran is restored to his max HP, he spreads his wings, deals 10% HP damage to enemies within 2 tiles, and enters Celestial Form. While in Celestial Form, the bonus max HP no longer decreases, and his normal attacks strike all enemies within a 1-tile arc in front of him. Baelran is unaffected while receiving bonus max HP and while transitioning into Celestial Form. Active. Baelran channels divine power into his blade, dealing 280% ATK true damage to all enemies within a 3-tile arc in front of him. The extra damage caused by the Divine Light can also reduce the max HP of non-boss enemies by 70% of the damage dealt. This max HP reduction cannot exceed 40% of the target's max HP or 800% of Baelran's ATK, whichever is lower. When fighting against boss enemies, this skill does not reduce max HP; instead, it causes them to lose 0.7% HP.
Progression systems
When Baelran enters Celestial Form, he fully regains the bonus max HP granted by Celestial Rise. If he is restored to max HP again, he enters an enhanced Celestial Form, dealing 10% HP true damage to enemies within 2 tiles and becoming unaffected permanently. When casting Celestial Rise, Baelran calls down Divine Light strikes on every tile within the affected area, dealing 6% HP true damage per strike. If an enemy is hit multiple times, the damage they take from each successive strike is reduced by 10%.
Story
Early Life
Once the lord of a prosperous domain, Baelran took up arms during the Divine War. Though a mere mortal, he cut down so many enemies that the Hypogeans came to see him as a threat and joined forces to eliminate him. At death's door, he received Dura's blessing, which saved his life and ascended him to Celestial status. But his first ascension wasn't enough for him to fight off the army of Hypogeans. Baelran longed for greater strength to save his homeland. Answering his wish. Dura granted him a second ascension, turning the tide of battle and earning him great renown as a god of war. His most legendary feat was defeating the mighty Hypogean, Kulusta.
