Skills
1000 EnergyBerial flies beneath the enemy, hiding within their shadow and dealing 36% ATK damage every 0.25s, absorbing 15 Energy, lasting up to 5s. Berial is invincible during the effect. Then he jumps out from the shadow, dealing 320% ATK damage to adjacent enemies and frightening them for 4s.
Level 2: Deals 38% ATK damage to enemies every 0.25s when hiding in the shadow. (Unlocks at Level 51)
Level 3: Deals 40% ATK damage to enemies every 0.25s when hiding in the shadow. (Unlocks at Level 111)
Level 4: Deals 42% ATK damage to enemies every 0.25s when hiding in the shadow. (Unlocks at Level 171)
Level 5: Deals 45% ATK damage to enemies every 0.25s when hiding in the shadow. (Unlocks at Level 231)
20sBerial hides in shadow, and becomes invincible while hidden. If there are isolated enemies on the battlefield, Berial will move to each isolated target in turn, dealing 300% ATK damage to each target. Otherwise, he will stay in the shadow, and recover a total of 300% ATK HP, before returning to his original tile.
Level 2: Increases the damage dealt to the isolated targets to 310% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 71)
Level 3: Increases the damage dealt to the isolated targets to 320% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 131)
Level 4: Increases the damage dealt to the isolated targets to 350% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 191)
Berial hides within the shadow for 10s after being defeated. However, during which, if a non-summoned enemy is taken down, Berial will revive from the vanquished enemy and return to the battlefield with 40% HP. This effect can only be triggered once per battle.
Level 2: Increases Berial's restored HP to 45% HP after revival. (Unlocks at Level 91)
Level 3: Increases Berial's restored HP to 50% HP after revival. (Unlocks at Level 151)
Level 4: Increases Berial's restored HP to 60% HP after revival. (Unlocks at Level 211)
Berial reduces the damage dealt by an isolated enemy by 6% and increases their damage taken by 3%.
Level 2: Berial reduces the damage dealt by an isolated enemy by 8% and increases their damage taken by 4%.
Level 3: Berial reduces the damage dealt by an isolated enemy by 10% and increases their damage taken by 5%.
Increases the hiding duration after being defeated by 10s.
Level 2: Berial reduces the per-enemy cooldown of Silhouette summons from Shadow Reflection to 8s. After summoning his first Silhouette, the Energy loss inflicted by Berial and his Silhouettes increases by 50%. Once 3 Silhouettes have been summoned, they no longer lose HP over time.
After casting the Ultimate, deals 125% ATK damage to the current target with each of the next 4 skill casts or normal attacks.

Progression systems
If non-summoned enemies remain isolated for over 3s, they lose 180 Energy and generate a Silhouette that inherits 50% of Berial's ATK, HP, and 100% of other stats. The Silhouette loses 8% of its max HP per second. This effect can only be triggered once on the same target within 20s, and the Silhouette can only deal damage by normal attacks.
Story
Early Life
Much of Berial’s origins remain cloaked in mystery, like the shadows he emerges from. As a Hypogean, his nature has always been tied to darkness and fear. Tales suggest he may be connected to old superstitions about shadows rising up to replace their owners, hinting that his existence predates many civilizations’ stories. Whether these myths were born from Berial’s actions or whether he was born from the myths themselves remains unclear. What is certain is that from his earliest appearances, Berial has thrived on being an omen of dread—an unpredictable presence drifting between shadow and imagination.

*Reinier – Reinier’s obsession with symmetry is Berial’s favorite game to spoil. He delights in throwing chaos into Reinier’s perfect balance, claiming it proves that order is the easiest thing to ruin. *Phraesto – Berial scoffs at Phraesto, calling his supposed elegance nothing but laziness dressed up as mystery. *Magister Merlin - Berial seems to have a past connection to the one who used to be Merlin. *Dura - She was the goddess who sealed Berial along with the other Hypogeans. *Dionel - Of all the Celestials, he is possibly the archon Berial despises the most. *Illucia the Unveiler - The person responsible for freeing them from the rift. *Orson - His first victim since being freed from the rift, manipulated by promising him unparalleled power and strength capable of surpassing the God of War, but under the name and guise of Magister Merlin.
