**Affinity Tales**
• Whenever a loud horn sounds on the high seas, and a huge ship looms out of the fog, everyone knows who's coming. They hide and pray that the ravager of the deep, Hodgkin, would not set his undead eyes on them.
• Being born as lowly as an insect isn't tragic. The real tragedy is that these lowly creatures cannot help but kill and destroy each other. In order to not get trampled on in this world, Hodgkin pursues all means of increasing his power.
• After replacing his soft human arm with an indestructible hook, Hodgkin experienced the benefits of this type of sacrifice for the first time. He now firmly believes sacrifice brings strength.
• Bonnie was the first Graveborn that Hodgkin created with the Bantus Void Relic. Although her skills in battle are outstanding, he was not satisfied. He believed that Bonnie had a fatal flaw. Her heart was not ice cold to his liking.
• Hodgkin once raised a falcon, which was blind in one eye like him. The bird cared for him and always found new prey for him out on the open seas. But when the falcon grew old, he did not hesitate to feed it to a kraken.
• In order to survive around Hodgkin, you must learn to think like him. You can be disloyal, but you have to be useful to him. Otherwise you will end up with the fate as his falcon.
• How to cheat death had always been a puzzle that Hodgkin yearned to solve. He found his answer when he found a Graveborn during a robbery. After hours of torture, Hodgkin learned of the Bantus Void Relic.
• Hodgkin is very happy with his undead form. As a graveborn, he doesn't need to eat, doesn't feel pain, never gets tired, and, of course, he's immortal. Even if he is defeated, he always has another chance at his enemies.
• The morning sun and the waves of the sea could never wave away the scent of blood that's accumulated on the Immortal. Hodgkin is particularly fond of this smell and proclaims that it's proof of his strength.
• In the dangerous waters of the open seas, the weak are destined to be devoured by the strong. That's the reason why Hodgkin never shows mercy. To be weak is a sin in itself.
