Enhance Force

Kulu gains extra ATK SPD and Ranged DEF during battle. If there are no enemies on Kulu's half of the battlefield, her ATK SPD increases by 40 and her Ranged DEF increases by 40. For each enemy present on Kulu's half of the battlefield, the buff values decrease by 10, down to 20. Other allies on Kulu's half of the battlefield receive a portion of these buffs, benefiting by 50% of their values.

Demolition Zone

Passive. When a battle starts, Kulu bombs the enemy's border tiles closest to your side, creating debris that restricts movement and knocks back units on the affected tiles toward their own side of the battlefield. Debris blocking the center tile can be destroyed in 6 hits, but debris on the other tiles are indestructible. Whenever the center debris is destroyed, Kulu marks the tile for an explosion that detonates after 8s, covering it with debris once again. Active. Kulu teleports to the nearest enemy, dealing 150% damage to that enemy and knocking them into the air. She then returns to her original tile. If the target is on the allied side of the battlefield, Kulu knocks the enemy back toward their side by up to 3 tiles instead of knocking them into the air. Kulu is invincible while casting this skill.

Lv.71Damage is increased to 170% when the skill is used actively.
Lv.131Damage is increased to 190% when the skill is used actively.

Boomboom Bash!

Kulu summons Boomboom, which bounces 3 times between enemies. The first 2 bounces will target 2 frontmost enemies, devouring them. For the final bounce, Boomboom will target 1 rearmost enemy on the enemy side of the battlefield and releases all devoured enemies upon impact. Each bounce deals 110% damage to its target and adjacent units, reducing their movement speed by 60% for 3s. Devoured enemies cannot act or attack and will only take damage from Boomboom. If Boomboom could not find a valid target for the final bounce, it will instead travel 3 tiles deeper into the enemy side, unless blocked by terrain or the battlefield edges.

Lv.91Each bounce deals 120% damage.
Lv.151Each bounce deals 130% damage.
Lv.211Each bounce deals 140% damage.

Bombs Away!

When a battle starts, Kulu applies an explosive debuff to all enemies, increasing their damage taken by 10%, which lasts until the end of the battle. When an enemy with the explosive debuff is defeated, Kulu turns them into a doom bomb that detonates after 2s. The explosion deals 210% damage to all units within 2 tiles, plus extra damage equal to 15% of the defeated enemy's initial HP. The extra damage cannot exceed 300% of Kulu's ATK.

Lv.1The doom bomb explosion deals 240% base damage.

While in Blast Mania, she gains 35 Penetration and the explosion radius of her normal attacks, Blast Mayhem, and Boomboom Bash skills expands to 2 tiles. Subsequent detonations will extend the duration of Blast Mania, but the effects will not stack.

Blast Mayhem

Passive. Kulu's normal attacks trigger an explosion that deals 80% damage to the target and all adjacent units. All of Kulu's skills deal damage to both enemies and allies, but allies take 70% reduced damage. Active. Kulu unleashes her fury, bombarding the enemy side of the battlefield 14 times. Each strike hits a random tile, dealing 90% damage to all units on the target tile and its surrounding area within 1 tile. At least 10 strikes will hit areas with 1 or more enemies within, and at least 6 of those will target the area with the most enemies. After the bombardment, Kulu summons a gigantified Boomboom to deal 250% damage to all units on the enemy side of the battlefield. Kulu only casts her Ultimate if there are enemies present on their side of the battlefield. She becomes unaffected while casting her Ultimate.

STORY

**Early Life**

Kulu chose her own name and even came up with Boomboom’s, suggesting she lacked someone to name or guide her early on. She styled her hair herself using magic, with help from Boomboom, which points to a largely independent upbringing. Her distorted perception of her mission and abilities stems from growing up isolated from other Hypogeans after her awakening. Additionally, his Info Banner mentions that she's under the thumb of Magister Merlin. This refers to how her immense power is carefully restrained and monitored, keeping her destructive impulses from running wild while she adapts to life among mortals.

**Notable Bonds**

* Zanie - Zanie acts very understanding from the beginning when she met Kulu, despite being a Hypogean, Zanie recognizes her abilities when it comes to demolishing things. * Elijah & Lailah - In exchange for ceasing to pressure Baelran about his activities as a Celestial, Elijah and Lailah decide to go after Kulu, hoping that her Hypogean nature will not resurface and can be guided down a good path. * Baelran - In ancient times, Baelran fought against a more complete version of Kulusta, a hypogean far more violent than Kulu, freeing the people under its control and destruction. In the present, Baelran understands that Kulu is an entirely different version. * Magister Merlin - Merlin decides not to seal Kulu away and instead allows her to join the community of Ironhold Bay. * Phraesto - In one of her interactions at the Mystical House, Kulu mentions that Boomboom told her there's an "annoying guy" living in the desert. While the identity of this individual is not confirmed, it's possible Boomboom was referring to Phraesto, who is known to reside there. * Harak - According to an Affinity Tale, an anonymous Hypogean claimed that if Harak and Kulu were to engage in a battle of wits, Kulu would win—thanks to Boomboom's support. * Berial - Berial is mentioned several times in the side quest "Boom! A Happy Life!" especially to compare the different forms of aesthetics that exist between the two.

**Affinity Tales**

• "Kulu" is the name she chose for herself because she thought it sounded cooler. By the way, Boomboom's name was also her creation.

• Kulu styled her own hair using magic and dye, with plenty of help from Boomboom.

• Kulu can't handle spicy food well, but that never stops her from choosing the extra spicy option whenever she can, because she thinks it adds to her flair.

• Boomboom can split indefinitely, devour other bombs, and bombard designated areas or targets. Still, he mainly uses his time to flatter Kulu about her strength and beauty.

• Kulu is formidable not just for the sheer power of her bombs, but for her uncanny ability to pinpoint the perfect destination spots and timing, ensuring maximum impact.

• According to an anonymous Hypogean, if Harak and Kulu ever had a battle of wits, Kulu would win hands down, thanks to Boomboom.

• Surprisingly, Kulu isn't a fan of fireworks. She finds the colors too flashy and weak for her taste.

• Kulu bought her clothes with the earnings from demolishing an old castle. In fact, most Hypogeans conjure their outfits with magic, but Boomboom never dares to point that out to her.

• Kulu's mistaken perception of her own abilities and mission stems from her lack of interaction with other Hypogeans since her awakening.

• Boomboom possesses the experiences and memories Kulu lacks, but rather than giving him an edge in other areas they simply make him even better at buttering her up.
