STORY
**Early Life**
Pang comes from a distant martial sect in the East. The disciples there aren't bound by blood, but they treat each other like siblings. The sect follows the philosophy of "supreme goodness resembles water", and its members have long lived in seclusion. Pang, too, had never once left the sect since childhood. Eironn stopped by during his travels and spent a short time studying at the sect, bringing a few fresh ideas with him. To further hone his martial skills, Pang finally decided it was time to leave. He set out into the wider world, hoping to deepen his understanding of martial arts by experiencing everything the world has to offer
**Notable Bonds**
* Eironn: They met while Eironn was out traveling. Pang once gave him a few wise words to think on, and the two became both friends and fellow seekers of wisdom. He sometimes teases Eironn for being too serious * Gerda: They met only once, as shopkeeper and customer.
**About**
* Polite and gracious, he'll find something kind to say even about things he doesn't particularly like. * Speaks in sayings and metaphors, often drawing on Eastern philosophy. That said, a few of his quotes are ones he made up himself. * Friendly and talkative. Once he meets, someone who gets him, he could go on chatting for hours. * Loves nature. He uses bamboo for just about everything-cups, baskets, even his weapon. * His teeth are unbelievably strong, sharp enough to bite through metal. But he never uses them in a fight. To him, that's brute force, not true martial arts
**Affinity Tales**
• Before Pang left his homeland, when he was still training, he met a young swordsman from a distant land. The stranger's blades were infused with the power of wind and ice. That encounter was what first made Pang dream of journeying beyond his borders.
• Pang's weapon? Just a plain piece of bamboo. For a true martial artist even a leaf or a flower can be deadly when mastered. That said... most of the time, the bamboo is just for show, and of course, he doesn't plan on eating it.
• Pang's palm strikes are far deadlier than his staff techniques. To hold back his full power, he usually fights with his bamboo staff.
• Pang often meditates quietly in the remote mountains and forests of Esperia, breathing in the essence of nature. To outsiders, it's hard to tell whether he's deep in thought or just asleep.
• Some people would say Pang is powerfully build, but don't let that fool you. He moves with surprising speed... like a boulder enchanted with a haste spell.
• When pressed for an answer, even Pang can't deny that, one time, when hunger struck, he nibbled on his bamboo staff a bit. But he swears it was only once.
• Wherever he goes, Pang never forgets his master's teachings. He never uses his skills to bully others, but never backs down from a fight.
• When injustice strikes, Pang never hesitates to step in and help.
• When Pang was little, his biggest dream was to become a heroic warrior. His second-biggest? An endless bamboo forest he could munch on forever.
• "A cute black-and-white warrior saved me. Don't tell him this, but I wanted to hug him so bad."—Testimony from a robbery victim given to the Heroic Order (they were confused until they saw Pan themselves.)
