Story
Early Life
There is no official information about Phraesto's early life, but it can be inferred that he likely has no physical body and that his true form is mist—a rumor he finds amusing. He has long shown a deep appreciation for poetry, writing, and mind games, suggesting he spent much of his existence in solitude or contemplation. His complex and abstract thinking indicates that his nature has always been more philosophical than physical.
Notable Bonds
- Berial - Berial, who was one of those responsible for freeing Phraesto, called it a great disappointment due to unfulfilled expectations. Still, he took that memory as a lesson, especially after witnessing the strength of Merlin and his allies. He also jokes that Phraesto's apparent elegance is nothing more than simple laziness. * Reinier - Of all his kin, Reinier finds Phraesto even more aggravating than Berial. Their clashing ideologies—symmetry and order versus duality and chaos—make cooperation impossible. To Reinier, Phraesto isn’t just a nuisance; he’s a walking contradiction that offends his sense of balance. * Kulu - Although they’ve never met, in a brief interaction at the Mystical House, Kulu mentions that Boomboom told her about “some annoying guy” in the desert. While the identity isn’t specified, there’s reason to suspect that Boomboom was referring to Phraesto.
