Designated Duty

When a battle starts, Ravion assigns an Objective to each of the 2 rearmost allies. Allies complete their objective by either dealing damage equal to 2000% of Ravion's initial ATK or assisting or defeating an enemy. Upon completion, the ally recovers 150 Energy and increases their ATK by 12% of Ravion's initial ATK for 30s. In boss fights, each Objective is set to be completed exactly 20 seconds after an ally receives it. After 2 allies have completed their Objectives, Ravion activates Mortal Ace. Mortal Ace: Ravion teleports behind the enemy with the highest cumulative damage dealt, reduces their ATK and Phys DEF by 30% for 8s, then strikes them {SArg11} times, each hit dealing 140% damage and knocking them down. Using Mortal Ace also resets Phantom Gambit's cooldown, while Ravion remains unaffected during the Mortal Ace attack.

Lv.71Increases the ATK boost allies receive from completing the Objective to 13% of Ravion's initial ATK. Increases Mortal Ace's damage to 160%.

Phantom Gambit

Ravion teleports 3 times, each time targeting a tile within 3 tiles of his current position. The first 2 teleports target the tile with the most enemies, dealing 120% damage to all enemies within 1 tile upon arrival; the third teleport moves Ravion to a tile within range that is farthest from enemies. Ravion is unaffected while casting this skill.

Shadow Patron

After Ravion uses his first Mortal Ace attack, he permanently increases Haste by 25 and ATK by 25% of his initial ATK for himself and any allies who have completed their Objectives.

Lv.1Increases the permanent ATK boost after Ravion's first Mortal Ace attack to 30% of his initial ATK.

Lv.1When Ravion or an ally with their Objective takes a fatal blow, Life Saver is triggered to prevent their defeat, granting a 200% shield and 20 Life Drain for 5s.

Lv.+If an ally triggers Life Saver, they swap positions with Ravion; if Ravion triggers Life Saver, no position swap occurs, but the cooldown of Phantom Gambit is reset.

Lv.+Each unit can trigger Life Saver 1 time per battle.

Lv.+Allies receive extra shield values based on how much progress they've made on their Objective. The closer to completion, the higher the extra shield value, up to 100%.

Ravion launches 15 leaf cards to attack an enemy. Each card deals 40% damage plus extra damage equal to 6% of the enemy's lost HP. The extra damage cannot exceed 120% of Ravion's ATK per card. Ravion is unaffected while casting this skill.

STORY

**About**

* Unlike most nobles, Ravion does not place much importance on lineage. He never considers himself as favoring the commoners, because he simply treats everyone the same. Many of the guards under his command are not only exceptionally capable but also good-looking commoners. Yet, for many nobles, his association with the commoners is simply unacceptable. * Ravion is fairly pleased with his appearance, except for the scales on his body. To conceal them, he wears elaborate armor and a mask. Interestingly, the mask itself bears a scale-like motif. * Despite being the Queen's son, Ravion hardly ever spends the night at the palace, as he prefers to stay at one of his lavish private residences. The nobles delight in gossiping about exactly how many properties he owns. * True to his inscrutable appearance, Ravion is an extremely difficult person to read. At times, his words may seem absurd at first, but with some rumination, their deeper meanings become apparent. Revelry is his passion and his forte, and he's more than happy to turn his latest diversions into cunning battle tactics. * Just like Seralyth, Ravion has a higher body temperature than the average human His blood is said to be nearly boiling when it drips.

• Ravion is second to none when it comes to indulgence. Aside from some overly wild ideas, nobles love the food, drinks, costumes, games, dances, and musics he prepares.

• Despite being the Queen's son, Ravion hardly ever spends the night at the palace, as he prefers to stay at one of his lavish private residences. The nobles delight in gossiping about exactly how many properties he owns.

• Ravion never considers himself as favoring the commoners, because he simply treats everyone the same. However, many nobles find even that unacceptable.

• Skilled with nearly every weapon, Ravion is too lazy to carry them. His guards bring spears—one even brought a meteor hammer. Xera fumed for days, but Ravion had a blast.

• Ravion is fairly pleased with his appearance, except for the scales on his body. To conceal them, he wears an elaborate armor and a mask. Interestingly, the mask itself bears a scale-like motif.

• During a heated clash, Velara hurled an insult at Ravion, "You used to be a deformed reptile!" He shot back, "So you're saying my mother's starting to look like my younger self?" Only Seralyth stopped her from leveling the palace.

• Thador's loyal subordinates tried to beat Ravion for his sharp tongue, but gave up after four failed ambush attempts. "He's faster than we thought... but be the general's training."

• Just like Seralyth, Ravion has a higher body temperate then the average human. His blood is said to be nearly boiling when it drips.

• Velara's constant rival in the Three Exarchs, Ravion often escapes punishment—a sign, many day, of the Queen's indulgence. He calls himself "a mad dog with a leash too sturdy to break".

• When Ravion came of age, the Queen gifted him the Leaf-Fall, an emergency weapon made by a sage for Her Majesty. Ravion, a card game enthusiast, prefers to use it like a playing card.
