Rowan places 2 health potions on his trolley when a battle starts. Allies within 2 tiles with HP ratio below 50% automatically uses a potion to recover 40% of their max HP by up to 800% of Rowan's ATK. Each ally can use up to 1 health potion every 6s.
Level 2: Increases recovery amount to 42% of allies' max HP. (Unlocks at Level 71)
Level 3: Places an energy potion when a battle starts. When the Energy of an ally within 2 tiles exceeds 600, they automatically use this potion to recover 400 Energy. (Unlocks at Level 131)
Level 4: Increases recovery amount to 45% of allies' max HP. (Unlocks at Level 191)
3.25sRowan calls on Bradduck to attack an enemy, dealing 150% ATK damage and absorbing 70 Energy.
Level 2: If all health potions have been used up, Bradduck no longer launches attack but instead replenishes Rowan's trolley with a health potion. This effect can be triggered once every 3 times of Quack Waltz. (Unlocks at Level 91)
Level 3: Increases damage to 190% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 151)
Level 4: Increases damage to 230% ATK. (Unlocks at Level 211)
Rowan increases his Haste by 7 during battle. His Haste is increased by an extra 6 before replenishing his trolley with Quack Waltz for the first time.
Level 2: Rowan increases his Haste by 10 during battle. His Haste is increased by an extra 8 before replenishing his trolley with Quack Waltz for the first time.
Level 3: Rowan increases his Haste by 12 during battle. His Haste is increased by an extra 10 before replenishing his trolley with Quack Waltz for the first time.
Rowan places 1 more health potion when a battle starts using Smart Stall.
Level 2: Rowan upgrades his Energy potion into a super Energy potion. It works the same way as the original Energy potion, but upon restoring the target's Energy, it also increases their ATK by 30% for 6s. If Peggy is on the battlefield, Rowan also prepares an additional super health potion for her.
Recovers 90 Energy every 3s after a battle starts until the first Ultimate is cast.
Level 2: Increases Energy recovery to 95.

Progression systems
After selling 3 health potions, Rowan places a super health potion that recovers 60% of an ally's max HP and permanently increases their Phys DEF and Magic DEF by 30%. This effect can only trigger once per battle.
