Major Updates
- The Thorns of Devotion season will officially launch after the update for servers that have been active for at least 35 days. To unlock the season, Magisters must reach Level 240 with their Hands of Resonance and complete New Journey. Once these conditions are met, a quest will become available in Holistone, guiding them to the season region and starting them on a new story: Dawn of the Arcane.
- Added a new Peaks of Time chapter, Echoes of Dissent, which will be available on October 3 at 00:00 UTC. If players missed the Echoes of Dissent season, they'll be able to access it in this mode after completing The Last Leg quest, allowing them to collect plenty of map resources as they play through the season storyline. If they have participated in Echoes of Dissent, their progress will carry over to Peaks of Time, so players can pick up right where they left off.
- Introduced a new seasonal progression system, Soul Pact, replacing the existing Faction Talent feature. With Soul Pact, Magisters can summon a powerful Phantimal to assist them in battle. Soul Pact will be available in select season modes and events, and like other seasonal features, it will reset at the end of the season.
- Updated seasonal progression features, including Season Resonance Level, Season Equipment, Season Artifacts, and Season Magic Charms. Progression features from the Echoes of Dissent season are no longer available.
- Added a new Rate Up Return feature, which follows the same rules as regular Rate Up Recruitment. Each week features two returning heroes. The first two will be announced on September 29 at 00:00 UTC and become available for recruitment starting October 3 at 00:00 UTC.
- Added Level 2 Enhance Force for Antandra and Lyca.
Experience Improvements
- Season AFK Stage Optimizations:
Resources previously required for Faction Talent upgrades were replaced by new resources used in the Soul Pact feature. Most of the new resources are obtainable during the early phases.
Instead of random Equipment drops, clearing AFK Stages now rewards Select Equipment Chests, allowing players to choose the piece that best suits their needs.
"Infinite Stage" is now Apex Stage with fully redesigned stages and difficulty. Stage buffs have also been adjusted to unlock earlier.
Magisters can now fully clear the Apex Stage challenge, and the Phase Rankings were adjusted accordingly.
On the first day of a new season, AFK rewards will hit the maximum efficiency cap after completing AFK Stage 10. This helps make day-one AFK progression easier and more manageable.
- Dura's Trials Optimizations
Removed the Blessed Hero feature. Magisters are only able to use heroes of the matching class to clear challenges under special rules. Each treasure trial is designed with class-specific mechanics.
Introduced Class Essence for all 6 classes, which can be used to craft class-specific Magic Charms.
Higher-level treasure trials will gradually become available for challenge.

Oct 16th
After noticing that the difficulty of the Phase 1 AFK Stages this season was higher than intended, making it much harder to reach the daily limit and maximize the AFK gains, the following adjustments were made:
- The Daily Limit required for Phase 2 and Phase 3 AFK Stages will be lowered.
- The Essence and Starlight rewards from Season Quests in Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be increased.
- Compensation of level-up gifts was sent to all players.
Oct 16th 2nd
- Fixed an issue that prevented players from completing limited season quests requiring Resonance Level upgrades.
After distributing a level-up gift to help players raise their Resonance Level more easily; with the goal to make it easier for everyone to advance through Phase 1 AFK Stages and give those who have fallen behind a better chance to catch up, the experience of players who had already invested significant time and resources to push their AFK progress was overlooked. Some spent extra Diamonds on Instant AFK Rewards, while other devoted hours strategizing their formations to clear AFK Stages. The attempt to make advancement smoother unintentionally disregarded the effort and dedication these players put into. An apology was offered.
To make amends, Diamond compensation based on the player's AFK progress BEFORE the level-up gifts were issues was distributed. The further the player's progress was at that time, the more Diamonds they received.
