Every hero summon in the Noble Tavern gives an Elite-tier hero 4.61% of the time, except the Companion Pack at 2.41%. That works out to one Elite hero per 21.7 summons on average, and a 37.6% chance of at least one in a 10-summon. The wishlist raises your odds on the Elite heroes you want, Tavern Tokens hand out a free Elite every 100 summons, and the Stargazer, Temple of Time and Dragonheart Temple are the places where you aim at one named hero.
Every summon at a glance
| Summon | Opens | One summon | Ten summons | Tavern Tokens |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All-heroes pack | After stage 1-12 | 1 Common Hero Scroll or 300 diamonds | 10 scrolls or 2,700 diamonds | 1 per hero |
| Faction pack | After stage 1-12 | 1 Faction Hero Scroll | 10 scrolls | 1 per hero |
| Companion Pack | After stage 1-12 | 10 Companion Points | 100 Companion Points | None |
| Hero Choice Pack | The Soul Star in the Field of Stars (opens after stage 11-40) | 300 diamonds | 3,000 diamonds | 1 per hero |
| Stargazer | Stage 16-1 or VIP 6 | 1 Stargazer Scroll or 500 diamonds | 10 scrolls or 5,000 diamonds | None |
| Temple of Time | Stage 16-1 or VIP 6 | 1 Time Emblem | 10 Time Emblems | None |
| Wyrmcrest Spire | After stage 4-20 | 1 Draconis Scroll or 500 diamonds | 10 scrolls or 5,000 diamonds | 1 Draconis token per hero |
| Dragonheart Temple | Stage 16-1 or VIP 6 | 1 Draconis Insignia | 10 Draconis Insignias | None |
The all-heroes pack is the only one with a diamond discount on the ten-summon: 2,700 instead of 3,000. Scrolls cost the same either way, so there's no reason to hold scrolls back for a ten-pull.
Tavern rates
| Pool | Common heroes | Rare heroes | Elite heroes | Awakened heroes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All-heroes pack | 51.69% | 43.60% | 4.61% | 0.10% |
| Faction pack | 51.69% | 43.70% | 4.61% | None |
| Companion Pack | 52.80% | 44.69% | 2.41% | 0.10% |
| Hero Choice Pack | 51.69% | 43.70% | 4.61% | None |
The faction pack trades the 0.10% Awakened slot for 0.10% more Rare heroes, and in return every hero it gives you belongs to the faction on offer that day. The four core factions rotate daily.
Common heroes can't be ascended, and the game has an option to retire new Common heroes automatically as they're summoned.
The wishlist
The wishlist holds 5 heroes per core faction, 20 in total. Wishlisted heroes get a higher chance to appear as your Elite result in the all-heroes and faction packs. A few rules from the game's own help text matter for how you fill it:
- Celestial and Hypogean heroes can't be added.
- Emptying slots doesn't help. Leaving a single hero on the list does not raise that hero's odds.
- New heroes appear in the selection screen marked "New", and you have to add them yourself.
The practical result is to keep all 20 slots full with heroes you'll actually ascend. An empty slot doesn't concentrate the odds onto the heroes you kept, it just leaves room for Elite results you didn't pick.
The Draconis wishlist at the Wyrmcrest Spire works the same way with 5 slots. Highborn Dragons can't be added, and an empty Draconis slot falls back to the full Elite Draconis pool.
Tavern Tokens
Each hero from the all-heroes pack, the faction packs or the Hero Choice Pack adds one Tavern Token. Companion, Stargazer and temple summons don't. Every 100 tokens pays a Factional Hero Choice Card, which gives a random Elite hero from one of the four core factions.
| Tokens | Reward |
|---|---|
| 20, 120, 220, 320, 420 | Large Gold Chest |
| 50, 150, 250, 350, 450 | Large Hero's Essence Chest |
| 80, 180, 280, 380, 480 | Large Hero EXP Chest |
| Every 100 | Factional Hero Choice Card |
| 520, 620, 720, 820 | Primordial Emblem x20 |
| 550, 650, 750 | Primordial Emblem x30 |
| 580, 680, 780 | Primordial Emblem x20 and Amplifying Emblem x30 |
| 850 | Primordial Emblem x30 and Amplifying Emblem x20 |
| 880 | Primordial Emblem x20 and Fortuitous Emblem Choice Chest x20 |
After 900, the rewards from the 500 to 900 stretch repeat every 400 tokens, so the Choice Card keeps arriving every 100 tokens. Primordial Emblems are the signature item material for +1 to +10, and Amplifying Emblems cover +11 to +20, which makes the later part of the track a steady source of signature item upgrades.
Draconis summons fill a separate track that pays only emblems: Primordial Emblem x20 or x30 every 20 tokens, with Amplifying Emblems added at 60, 80, 140 and 160. It never gives a hero.
Hero Choice Pack
The Hero Choice Pack uses the same rates as a faction pack, but every Elite hero it produces is swapped for an Elite hero you pick in advance. Each swap uses one chance, and once your chances for the month are gone, Elite results stop being swapped.
You unlock the pack and your first monthly chance with The Soul Star in the Field of Stars, which needs one Ascended hero. Five more stars add a chance each:
| Star | Requirement | Monthly chances after |
|---|---|---|
| The Soul Star | 1 Ascended hero | 1 |
| The Enlightened Star | 5 Ascended heroes | 2 |
| The Distant Torch | 10 Ascended heroes | 3 |
| The Traveler | 20 Ascended heroes | 4 |
| The Near Torch | 30 Ascended heroes | 5 |
| Star of Wisdom | 50 Ascended heroes | 6 |
Each star costs 1,500,000 gold and 10 hours to unlock. VIP adds chances on top of the stars: one at VIP 15, two at VIP 16 and three from VIP 17 up. With a 4.61% Elite rate, using six chances takes about 130 summons on average. Each summon costs 300 diamonds against 270 in an all-heroes ten-pull, so the premium is only worth paying while you still have chances left that month.
Stargazer
The Stargazer lets you set one featured hero and then draw from a mixed prize pool. Any Elite-start hero can be featured except Dimensional and Draconis heroes. A gold hero (an Awakened hero, or one of the six gold Celestials and Hypogeans) becomes available once you own that hero at Ascended.
| Prize | Chance per draw |
|---|---|
| Featured hero | 2.50% (two 1.25% slots) |
| 30,000 diamonds | 0.01% (two 0.005% slots) |
| Rare Bizarre Totems: Surprise Rendezvous, Plunder, Rewards | 6.67% each |
| Legendary Bizarre Totems: Extraordinary Encounter, Quick Battle, Fabulous Loot, Attacker's Asset, Guardian's Gift, Supreme Skillset | 0.66% each |
| T1 Stone Choice Chest | 0.80% |
| T2 Stone Choice Chest | 0.80% |
| Each of 12 Mythic gear pieces (Mystic's, Ancelot's and Gaius' sets) | 0.07% each |
| Elite Lightbearer, Wilder, Mauler or Graveborn Card | 0.79% each |
| Rare Lightbearer, Wilder, Mauler or Graveborn Card | 2.22% each |
| Rare Enhancement Tokens x2 | 1.65% |
| Rare Enhancement Tokens x1 | 3.30% |
| Common Enhancement Tokens x150 | 2.96% |
| Common Enhancement Tokens x100 | 2.96% |
| Common Enhancement Tokens x50 | 3.95% |
| Large Gold Chest x2 | 4.93% |
| Large Hero EXP Chest x1 | 4.93% |
| Large Hero's Essence Chest x2 | 4.93% |
| Small Gold Pile x5 | 9.81% |
| Small Hero EXP Pile x2 | 9.81% |
| Small Hero's Essence Pile x5 | 9.81% |
At 2.5%, the featured hero takes 40 draws on average, which is 20,000 diamonds at 500 per draw. Ten draws give a 22.4% chance of at least one copy, and 40 draws give 63.7%.
Temple of Time
The Temple of Time works like the Stargazer for Awakened heroes. You pick the Awakened hero, then spend Time Emblems.
| Prize | Chance per draw |
|---|---|
| Chosen Awakened hero | 2.50% |
| 30,000 diamonds | 0.01% |
| Legendary Bizarre Totem Card | 0.50% |
| Mythic Variety Chest (choose any non-Dimensional, non-Draconis Mythic gear) | 0.50% |
| T1-T2 Stone Choice Chest | 0.80% |
| T3 Stone Choice Chest | 0.80% |
| Fortuitous Emblem Choice Chest x2 / x1 | 0.99% / 1.98% |
| Amplifying Emblem x2 / x1 | 0.99% / 1.98% |
| Primordial Emblem x2 / x1 | 7.00% / 14.00% |
| Elite faction hero cards (four factions) | 0.79% each |
| Rare faction hero cards (four factions) | 2.22% each |
| Rare Enhancement Tokens x2 / x1 | 1.51% / 3.02% |
| Common Enhancement Tokens x150 / x100 / x50 | 3.22% each |
| Large Gold Chest x2, Large Hero EXP Chest x1, Large Hero's Essence Chest x2 | 4.47% each |
| Small Gold Pile x5 | 9.43% |
| Small Hero EXP Pile x2, Small Hero's Essence Pile x5 | 9.44% each |
Forty Time Emblems is the average cost of one Awakened hero.
Draconis summons
The Wyrmcrest Spire is the Draconis Tavern. It only gives Draconis heroes and has its own wishlist, covered above.
| Result | Chance |
|---|---|
| Common Draconis hero | 52.43% |
| Rare Draconis hero | 42.86% |
| Elite Draconis hero | 4.61% |
| Highborn Dragon hero | 0.10% |
The Dragonheart Temple on Dragon Isle is the Draconis version of the Temple of Time. You choose the Draconis hero, then spend Draconis Insignias.
| Prize | Chance per draw |
|---|---|
| Chosen Draconis hero | 2.00% |
| 30,000 diamonds | 0.01% |
| Rare Enhancement Tokens x5 / x2 / x1 | 2.86% / 5.73% / 14.32% |
| Dragonspeak Emblem x5 / x2 / x1 | 5.93% / 13.83% / 19.76% |
| Epic Dragonspeak Emblem x5 / x2 / x1 | 3.95% / 7.90% / 11.85% |
| Reward Choice Chest | 11.85% |
The 2% rate means 50 Insignias per copy on average, 25% more than the Temple of Time asks for an Awakened hero. Most of the rest is Dragonspeak Emblems, which upgrade Draconis signature items, and Rare Enhancement Tokens for gear.
Companion Pack
Companion Points come from friends. You can send them to up to 40 friends and collect them from 20, and lending Dimensional heroes as Garrisoned Mercenaries adds 40 points per loan, up to 200 a month. The pack's 2.41% Elite rate is about half the Tavern's, and its summons don't add Tavern Tokens.
Wishing Well
The Wishing Well runs on Wish Tokens from paid Yuexi bundles and resets every 14 days, keeping unused tokens. Draws come in two kinds with these odds:
| Draw | Special Tier | 1st Tier | 2nd Tier | 3rd Tier |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dream Tier | 3.14% | 19.57% | 77.29% | None |
| Wish Tier | None | 1% | 6% | 93% |
Special Tier prizes and some 1st Tier prizes are limited in quantity during each 14-day cycle and refill when it resets.
