Passive: For every 150 Energy that Fractured Fool loses, it gains 1 stack of Imbalance. Active: Fractured Fool performs for up to 4 seconds. For every 0.5 seconds the performance lasts, all damage and health loss inflicted by enemy heroes is reduced by 10%. This effect can stack and lasts up to 10 seconds. Using Unbalanced Act will clear all Imbalance stacks, and if at least 10 stacks are cleared, then the performance will fail. For every additional 4 stacks cleared, the performance time will be reduced by 0.5 seconds, for a maximum reduction of 2 seconds.
Fractured Fool suffers 80% less damage and health loss. At the start of battle and upon a successful Unbalanced Act performance, Madcap Knuckles will be recharged, allowing normal attacks to deal 80% more damage while enhancing Tumbling Wrath until the next time Unbalanced Act is used. If an Unbalanced Act performance fails, Fractured Fool is Paralyzed for 6 seconds, during which both of its heads fall to the ground and 300% of the damage taken by the heads is converted into health loss for Fractured Fool.
Fractured Fool leaps forward a short distance, knocking down nearby enemies and dealing damage equal to 300% of its Attack Rating to them upon landing. If Madcap Knuckles is recharged, an electric shockwave will also be generated, which will sweep across the screen and deal damage equal to 350% of its Attack Rating and stun enemies hit for 4 seconds.
