Deals damage for 500% of Morgana's Attack Rating to all enemies at the start of battle and inflicts Code of Edicts, reducing health loss and damage dealt by enemies and any subsequent summoned units by 80%. The skill then grants Iniquity Points based on the cumulative percentage of the enemy hero's remaining health, up to 30 points max. Morgana carries the Supreme Law, if both a Celestial and a Hypogean are present, each instance of enemy damage grants an additional 1 Iniquity Points, up to 3 points per second.
Restrains the top 2 enemy heroes with the highest damage, preventing movement and attacks for 3 seconds, and inflicts 250% damage.
When Morgana's Iniquity Points reach 100, or 45 seconds after the battle starts, she inflicts her judgment. Any heroes judged will be controlled and take damage for 20% of their max health per second. After 4 seconds, if their health is above 50% or the judgment has been removed, the effects of Code of Edicts will be lifted. If their health is below 50% and the judgment is still in force, they will be immediately executed. If the enemy hero is untargetable when being judged, the effects of Code of Edicts will be lifted after 8 seconds.
