Deals damage to the 3 enemies with the highest Tenacity and inflicts 1 stack of Frenzy. If a target's initial Tenacity exceeds Gouldos' Insight, they won't succumb to Frenzy. Otherwise, 1 stack of Frenzy is inflicted upon the target for every 27 points of Insight that exceeds the amount of his enemies' initial Tenacity. Gouldos has 77 points of initial Insight.

Gouldos manifests 2 tentacles onto the battlefield that are attackable and controllable. Tentacles are able to inflict damage on enemies, if the tentacle expends 500 of its own energy points, 1 layer of the "Insanity" effect will be inflicted upon nearby enemies.

When suffering the effects of Frenzy, targets receive a 30% reduction in Attack Rating and a 30% decrease in Energy Recovery Rate. The more stacks of Frenzy dealt, the stronger the effect. Characters hit with 5 stacks of Frenzy become permanent allies of Guoldos.
