Added a new Hypogean hero: Kalthin – Purgatory Painter.
The new hero Kalthin – Purgatory Painter will be available to test play from Local Time: 27/03/2024 00:00 UTC.
Added a Bountiful Trials event for Kalthin – Purgatory Painter, as well as its Arena of Trials event “Guild Trials”, which shall commence on 27/03/2024 00:00 UTC.
New Additions and Optimizations
Added a new event series “Glorious Celebration”: The annual Glorious Celebration is coming soon. After this update, a special event series called “Grandiose Revelry – Gift Trio Prelude” will be launched:
- The Coveted Invite event will be available from 27/03/2024 00:00 UTC. You will complete specified quests and win Water Drops to cultivate the precious plant Fidelia. Once it grows to the Sprout or Bud phase, you will receive the corresponding rewards. Once your flower has grown to all the phases, you can send a letter inviting your favorite hero to join your team.
- The Hero Swap event will be available from 27/03/2024 00:00 UTC. Adventurers that reach Stage 20-1 during the event will receive a free Hero Swap opportunity, which applies to non-Dimensional Heroes released up to and including 2023 (excluding Eugene – Fool of Chaos).
- The Spring Surprises event will be available from 27/03/2024 00:00 UTC. You can log in daily to claim rewards. After logging in for seven days, you are entitled to a Hero Choice Chest.
The Lost Spire event will be available from 31/03/2024 00:00 UTC. You can enter and explore the underground Spire, and fight its monsters all the way to the final, most powerful boss to win rewards.
Added Solise – Water Animator’s Legendary Epic adventure – Babbling Brook, which will be available after the version update.
Formation feature optimizations:
- Added a function for creating “formation sets”: A formation set can contain up to 10 formations. A unit of formation can now be ‘sets’ instead of “a single formation”. When creating or copying sets, all deployed formations will be saved as a single set. When applying a set on the battle preparation interface, all teams within the set will also be deployed together. In other words, adventurers will now be saving and deploying their formations as a set instead of individually.
- Added a new classification based on features: On the formation interface, teams can be filtered and viewed according to the feature. A formation created for a feature will also be automatically classified as such. When applying formations on the battle preparation interface, the corresponding formation will be displayed upfront.
- Added a function where artifacts/collections are saved according to formations: When creating a formation, it only saves its heroes’ currently worn artifacts/collections. When a hero’s artifact/ collection within a formation is later modified on the Hero
- Formation interface, it will only affect that formation and not the heros artifact/ collection status outside the formation. When a formation is used on the battle preparation interface, it will synchronize its current heroes with the artifact/collection status of the formation.
- Previous formations: After the version update, formations previously created by advernturers will category.
A new Misty Valley season will commence on 08/04/2024 00:00 UTC. Adventurers can join it and start new challenges. be classified as sets under the “Others” feature.
Updated the Boss formation in the Nightmare Corridor feature: Mirror Demon is replaced with Swamp Corruptor.
Added new strategies for some heroes, which can be viewed through the Tips portal on the Hero Details and Portraits interfaces.
Adjusted the Combat Rating requirements for certain features, which will take effect after the update:
- Reduced the Combat Rating challenge conditions for Chapter 4-59.
- Reduced the Combat Rating challenge conditions for most floors of King’s Tower, Tower of Light, Brutal Citadel, World Tree, Forsaken Necropolis, Celestial Sanctum, and Infernal Fortress.

- Fixed an issue where, in certain extreme situations, the skill All-Out Attack caused an anomaly in battles.
- Fixed an issue where, in certain circumstances, Ivan’s energy recovery was incorrect when Skeletal Squire was killed. Actual battle effects remain unchanged.
