◆SKILL I

Storm of Ecstasy

Harvey leaps to the enemy side of the battlefield and spins in place, creating a vortex that pulls all enemy units toward him for 2s. Harvey is untargetable and invincible while spinning. Enemy units within range of the vortex are stunned continuously and take damage equal to 480% of Harvey's Attack Rating every 1s.

Lv.81While spinning, Harvey recovers health equal to 8% of his max health every 2s.

Lv.161The spin duration is increased by 2s.

Obsessive Oath

At the start of battle, Harvey designates the allied hero with the highest Attack Rating as "Beloved", and Harvey takes 30% of damage dealt to the Beloved. If Mehira is an allied hero, then Harvey will always designate her as Beloved.

Lv.21When the Beloved gains Energy by using a normal attack or active skill, Harvey also gains 50% of the Energy.

Lv.101When the Beloved deals damage, 25% of the damage will be converted into healing for Harvey (healing from a single strike is capped at 10% of Harvey's max health).

Lv.181The Beloved's Attack Rating is permanently boosted by 25% of Harvey's initial Defense Rating.

Unhinged Plunge

Harvey blinks to the enemy hero with the highest Attack Rating, dealing damage equal to 360% of Attack Rating to the target and nearby enemy units while applying 1 stack of Pain, which cannot be dispelled and stacks up to 3 times. If the Beloved takes damage from an enemy unit while Harvey's Ultimate is not active, Harvey nullifies that damage, blinks immediately to that enemy unit, and uses this skill. This can be triggered once every 8s. Enemy units affected by Pain will only attack Harvey and can only use normal attacks. Each stack of Pain reduces the affected unit's damage dealt by 20%, and the unit must deal damage to Harvey 2 times to remove 1 stack of Pain.

Lv.121Each stack of Pain also reduces the enemy unit's Accuracy by 30 points and Crit Rating by 15 points.

Lv.201Each stack of Pain also increases the enemy unit's damage taken by 12%.

Suffering Euphoria

Each time Harvey deals 5 strikes of damage to an enemy unit or takes 4 strikes of damage, he gains 1 stack of Pleasure, which cannot be dispelled. Each stack of Pleasure grants Harvey 10 points of Haste and 20 points of Vitality (capped at 3 stacks). When Harvey is Terrified, he loses 1 stacks of Pleasure.

Lv.141Each stack of Pleasure also reduces Harvey's damage taken by 20%.

1. Origin Investigation:

The origin of Harvey, also known as the Hypogean codenamed "Collar," was once considered a disgrace to the Renegade Brotherhood.

According to a survivor of Operation Containment No. 404, who later retired after suffering severe psychological trauma, the situation at the time was recalled as follows:

"It was terrifying! That was Mind Cager Mehira! The most dangerous Hypogean!

We were still telling each other to stay sharp back then, but Harvey...

2. Mutation Records:

Harvey views the collar used by Hypogean Mehira to humiliate him as the ultimate symbol of a romantic bond, and has developed highly threatening specialized defensive mechanisms. He shows exceptional resistance to conventional attacks from Renegades, but when struck with whips or clubs, he begins laughing in a strange, excited manner and shouts, "Is that all you've got? That's weaker than the breath of Her Majesty!"

Investigator's note: When Harvey remains in a prolonged state of not being abused or verbally insulted, or when he witnesses Mehira showing interest in others (especially Fawkes the Renegade), his behavior tends to cross a critical threshold driven by jealousy, dramatically amplifying his destructive capability.

3. Behavioral Logic:

Harvey carries a tattered notebook with him, which he calls "The Gospel of the Collar."

Investigators managed to photocopy portions of its contents. The conclusion is that it is a record of severe cognitive distortion, posing a risk of logical assimilation.

Harvey often recites the contents of the book aloud like incantations, causing serious mental contamination to both allies and enemies.

4. Witness Reports:

Recently, Harvey has been wandering the wastelands, tracking the scent of Mehira the Hypogean.

According to on-site surveillance footage, Fawkes the Renegade and Mehira the Hypogean were locked in a fierce battle. Mehira attempted to use mind control on him, while Fawkes countered with his silver crossbow. The atmosphere was tense until Harvey burst through the wall.

Harvey ignored the ongoing battle and lunged directly toward the bolt fired from Fawkes' crossbow, attempting to intercept it with his own body:

Harvey cannot be eliminated by conventional means due to his special masochistic traits. The more he is attacked, the more excited he becomes.

Current effective countermeasure:

Deploy a female Renegade disguised as Mehira who, from a safe distance, will deliver one of the following commands with a harsh, contemptuous tone:
