Enemies that are damaged become dispirited and have their Haste reduced by 20 points and Defense reduced by 20%, up to 40% of Dreary Ball's Defense, for 6 seconds.
Gloomy Howl causes additional damage equal to 5% of the target's max health, without exceeding 5% of Dreary Ball's max health.

Story
Dreary Balls are strange creatures that emerged out of nowhere after the first Hypogean War. They are often seen dashing across places unexpectedly and are fond of wetlands. It is said that those who hear their howls become dispirited and encounter misfortune for unknown reasons. Due to their innocent looks, they are often tamed and kept as pets.
