The Twinlum Spirit periodically summons a Nebula to protect allies or impair enemies. Nebula Ward: Heals the target for health equal to 150% of the Twinlum Spirit's Attack Rating and increases the effectiveness of their received healing by 20% and received shields by 20% for 6s. Nebula Curse: Deals damage equal to 150% of Attack Rating to the target while reducing their Crit Rating by 15 points and Energy Recovery Rate by 15 points for 6s.
At the start of battle, the Twinlum Spirit summons a Shepherd's Moon that hovers above the battlefield until the battle ends. Whenever a Nebula protects or impairs a target, the Shepherd's Moon charges up permanently, increasing its Attack Rating. Each charge provides an increase equal to 15% of the target's current Attack Rating. The Shepherd's Moon can be charged up to 5 times.
Active: Shepherd's Moon randomly calls down 5 Judgments and 5 Benedictions. Judgments deal damage equal to 200% of Attack Rating to the target. Benedictions heal the target for health equal to 200% of the Twinlum Spirit's Attack Rating. If the target is affected by Nebula Ward or Nebula Curse, the effects of Judgments and Benedictions are increased by 40%.
The continuous effects of Nebula Ward can stack up to 3 times. Each stack restores 20 Energy to the target every 1s.
The continuous effects of Nebula Curse can stack up to 3 times. Each stack reduces the damage and health loss the target inflicts by 20%.
Allied units are always inspired by the Shepherd's Moon, gaining an Attack Rating boost equal to 60% of the Shepherd's Moon charge.
When an ally summon is affected by Nebula Ward, its summoner becomes a Shepherd for 10s. Shepherds inflict an extra 40% damage and health loss while gaining an Attack Rating boost of 50% from the Shepherd's Moon.
When an allied unit affected by Nebula Ward attacks an enemy unit affected by Nebula Curse, both the allied unit and the Twinlum Spirit will inflict 60% more damage and health loss for the next 6s.
In Cursed Realm, Judgment reduces the target's Physical Resist by 5 points and Magic Resist by 5 points for 8s (capped at a max of 5 stacks).
For every 10 strikes of damage a Shepherd deals, the Shepherd's Moon will call down 5 Judgments and 5 Benedictions. This effect can trigger up to 1 time every 6s.
In Treasure Scramble, allied units affected by Nebula Ward suffer 25% less damage and health loss.
When an enemy summon is hit with Nebula Curse, it falls into a Deep Slumber for 6s, during which it cannot move or act. It is difficult to wake from Deep Slumber. This effect can be triggered up to 1 time every 10s per unit.
In Nightmare Corridor, the Shepherd's Moon calls down an extra 1 Judgment every 3s, and Judgments also reduce the target's Damage Resist by 8 points and Buffer by 8 points for 8s.

Story
The Twinlum Spirit is no ordinary creature. It shows no interest in common grass fodder, drawn instead to objects infused with spiritual inspiration. It prefers quiet, soft, and cozily warm environments, and often drifts deep into trance, as if listening to whispers beyond human perception. While usually calm and docile, the moment the Twinlum Spirit senses a threat or feels a ripple of disturbance, it reveals a sharp tenacity very unlike its appearance, like a wisp of ghostflame that refuses to be touched. No one knows its true origins. It might be a miracle abandoned within a rift, or perhaps the fragile, unawakened form of an ancient being. It might one day reveal the secrets of its destiny, but until that day, it wishes only to enjoy each and every quiet moment of warmth.
